What this programme is
The Five Element Self-Care Programme is a 6-week live online journey through the ancient framework of Chinese Medicine — one of the most sophisticated systems ever developed for understanding human health and wellbeing.
Each week we explore one of the Five Elements — Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water — and what it means for your physical health, your emotional patterns, and your energy through the seasons of life.
This is not theory. Every session is practical and embodied — you'll leave with tools you can use that same day. By the end of six weeks you'll understand your own body in a way most people never do, and you'll have a personal toolkit to support yourself for life.
What we'll explore together
Each session covers one element and includes Qi Gong, self-shiatsu, acupressure points, seasonal guidance and simple daily rituals.
WEEK 1
Introduction to Qi, Chinese Medicine principles and the Five Element system & 24 hour meridian clock . Energy exercises and Qi gong
WEEK 2
🌿 Wood - Flexibility, frustration & liver & gallbladder energy — how to move with life rather than against it
WEEK 3
🔥 Fire - Joy, burnout & heart regulation . Heart & small intestine meridians — reconnecting with warmth and authentic expression
WEEK 4
🌾 Earth Nourishment & digestion . Stomach & spleen meridians — how you receive care, food and support
WEEK 5
🤍 Metal Breath, grief & immunity. Lung and large intestine meridians — letting go and creating space for what matters
WEEK 6
💧 Water Resilience & deep restoration. Kidney and bladder meridians — accessing your deepest reserves and finding stillness
By the end of the programme you'll be able to identify which element is your primary area of imbalance — and know exactly what to do to support your health and mental wellbeing through it.

About Fiona
I've been practising holistic bodywork and energy medicine for over 20 years — in private practice and within the NHS at the Royal Berkshire Hospital's Oasis Staff Wellbeing Centre. I'm a registered Shiatsu practitioner and Systematic Kinesiologist with additional training in Vibrational Sound Healing and Energy Medicine.
I created this programme because I've seen how transformative it is when people understand the language their body is speaking — and how much suffering comes from not having that knowledge. The Five Elements are not abstract theory. They are a map of human experience that I use every single day in my clinic.
This is grassroots healing at its truest — accessible, embodied and guided by the belief that real wellbeing doesn't begin in a clinic or a bottle. It begins with you.
Questions & Answers
Do I need any previous experience?
None at all. This programme is designed to be completely accessible — whether you're brand new to Chinese Medicine or have some familiarity with holistic health. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to engage with your own body.
When do the live sessions take place?
The programme starts 30 April 2026 7pm-8.30pm . Session day and time will be confirmed with the group shortly — I'll do my best to find a time that works for everyone. Sessions will be recorded so you won't miss out if something comes up.
How long is each session?
Each live Google Meet session will be approximately 60–90 minutes, including time for questions and discussion.
What do I need to participate?
Just a device with internet access for the Google Meet sessions, a comfortable space to move gently, and your workbook materials which I'll send to you ahead of the programme.
Will this programme run again?
Yes — but the founding rate of £247 is available to this first group only. Future rounds will be priced higher, so this is the best time to join.
