This hands on workshop is open to all, complete beginners and massage therapists and bodyworkers who want to experience the wonder of this amazing Japanese healing art ! Traditionally shiatsu was done in homes with family members working on each other so it is the perfect accessible healing modality to learn to help your friends and family. 

It feels amazing to give and to receive ! 

You will learn a simple, effective shiatsu routine that you can use to help your loved ones feel their best—relieving physical tension, calming busy minds, and promoting deep relaxation. 

Discover key acupressure points for common ailments and explore an introduction to energy work through Qi Gong and self-shiatsu techniques you can practice on yourself and others.

Fiona Carson is a highly experienced holistic health practitioner and teacher with 25 years of clinical experience. She blends Shiatsu, Kinesiology, Energy Medicine, and Vibrational Sound Healing with Tuning Forks to create transformative healing experiences for her clients.

With busy clinics in the Reading area and the Royal Berks Hospital, Fiona has helped countless individuals find balance and wellness through integrative healing practices. She runs regular self-care workshops, sharing her passion for accessible, effective healing techniques.
